Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BedShift ("the Service"), operated by ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED("we", "us", or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service — the BedShift platform including web, mobile, and API.
• Tenant — an organization (hostel, hotel, PG, co-living space) registered on the platform.
• User — any individual who accesses the Service, including owners, admins, staff, and residents.
• Subscription — a recurring paid plan granting access to premium features.
• Content — data, text, images, or other material uploaded to the Service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws of Pakistan.

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or USD depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through Safepay. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for monthly plans. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to premium features.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription term.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data after the 30-day export window.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
