Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED("we", "us") wants you to be satisfied with BedShift. If you are not, the following refund terms apply to all paid subscriptions.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. After 30 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 30 days— full refund of the annual payment.
  • Within 60 days— pro-rated refund calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription, minus any discounts applied for choosing the annual plan.
  • After 60 days— no refund will be issued. You may continue using the Service until the end of your annual term.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan has no associated charges. There is nothing to refund. If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan, the refund terms above apply from the date of upgrade.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Tenant (organization) name
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The exact timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
