Listings must be real
A listing must describe a property you actually control, with photographs of that property. Stock photographs are removed.
No brokerage fees
Charging a seeker a fee to be shown a bed is not allowed and ends the account.
Residents are people
Using resident contact details for anything other than their stay, including marketing, is a breach.
